1. Is there any obligation after the free home estimate?
Nope—your estimate is completely obligation-free. We’ll provide a transparent quote and let you decide if and when you’d like to move forward.
2. How long does the on-site estimate take?
Most assessments take 15-30 minutes, depending on the size and scope of your project. We’ll walk the property, take photographs for the project with you, and cover all your questions.
3. What should I do to prepare for the visit?
Just make sure we can safely access all areas you’d like assessed—lawn, beds, hardscape, etc. Gather any inspiration photos or notes, and we’ll handle the rest.
4. When will I receive my detailed quote?
You’ll get your personalized, line-item quote via email within 24 hours of the estimate. If you need it sooner, just let us know.
5. Do you service my area?
We proudly serve all of Cape Cod, including Barnstable, Dennis, Harwich, Orleans, and beyond. If you’re on the fence, give us a call—we’ll let you know right away.
6. What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Just reply to your confirmation email or call us at (508)-322-1044 at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll be happy to find a new time that works for you.
7. Can I combine multiple services in one estimate?
Absolutely. Whether it’s lawn care, fertilization, pest management, flower-bed work, or any combination, we’ll cover everything during the same visit.
