Open Positions (July Start)

  • Crew Lead

    Overview: Supervise a 4–5 person crew, manage daily schedules, ensure quality control and safety on all landscaping and tree-care jobs.
    Responsibilities:

    Lead morning briefings and daily route planning

    Mentor and train technicians on equipment & best practices

    Serve as client point-of-contact; deliver photo-proof reports

    Monitor crew performance, safety, and time tracking
    Qualifications:

    3+ years in landscaping or arbor work

    Strong leadership and communication skills

    Valid driver’s license; clean MVR

    ISA certification or willingness to obtain (for tree-service focus)

  • Landscape Technician

    Overview: Execute seasonal and subscription-plan services—mowing, edging, bed maintenance, mulching, aeration, and pest treatments.
    Responsibilities:

    Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely

    Install mulch, seasonal plants, and assist on small hardscape prep

    Perform weeding, debris removal, and basic irrigation check

    Uphold brand standards: uniform, truck cleanliness, photo documentation
    Qualifications:

    1+ year of outdoor maintenance experience

    Physically fit; able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly

    Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation

  • Certified Arborist

    Overview: Provide expert tree care—pruning, canopy reduction, removals, stump grinding, and storm-response services.
    Responsibilities:

    Assess tree health, recommend pruning or removal plans

    Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, and rigging gear

    Execute safe work zones, drop-zone management, and debris clean-up

    Respond 24/7 for emergency storm calls on a rotating schedule
    Qualifications:

    ISA Certification required

    2+ years of professional arborist experience

    OSHA 10-hr safety training or equivalent

    Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
